Arlington TV shows provide up-to-date information about Arlington’s programs, people, services and events, including live coverage of County Board meetings. Not all videos and programming are available online, some may only be seen live on Arlington TV, or through the live internet stream.

County Board Meetings:
Arlington TV provides live, gavel-to-gavel coverage of all County Board meetings. You can also watch archived County Board Meetings online.
26 Square -Meet friends, neighbors and coworkers who live, work and play in the 26 square miles called Arlington County. This show profiles three individuals in each segment and how their stories reflect our community’s values, the people we are and the people we strive to be.
Cuentos y Más - Celebrate the joy of reading as storyteller Mariela Aguilar and special guests perform bilingual stories and more for children ages 4-8. The program also enables viewers to practice English and Spanish in a fun and interactive way!
The show has been awarded Outstanding Children’s Program by the Virginia Public Library Directors Association, and Third Place Programming Award from the National Association of Telecommunications Officers & Advisors (NATOA).
Documentaries - Arlington TV has produced numerous award winning documentaries, looking at issues such as Arlington’s climate initiatives, affordable housing and the development of the county over the last half century.
Exercise Buddy - Exercise Buddy is a seated exercise program that is designed to improve your strength and muscular endurance as well as your flexibility. It’s also designed to firm and tone your muscles and even your bone density. Find a chair and work out and learn some seated exercises for the next twenty five minutes.
Food For Thought - The show focuses on the best food in Arlington, Virginia showcasing the places our community loves, the diverse food in our area, and why viewers should see what’s in their neighborhood. Its overall goal is to help small business owners by letting people know that there is more than just “a place to eat” but a reason to explore what’s out there. We want to bring attention to local businesses in Arlington County and educate people about the history, the cuisines, and why they should give it a chance. Whether it be a restaurant, farmers market, class, product, or event; we’ll be there to try it out, one bite at a time.
Here/Now – Here/Now is Arlington’s magazine-style program that showcases the people, places and events that make up Arlington County. In-depth interviews with County staff, artists, business people, athletes, and the folks next door provide a glimpse into the creativity and diversity of the people make Arlington a world-class urban community.
NewsMakers - Newsmakers provides timely coverage of people, events, programs, and issues that have a direct impact on those who live and work in Arlington. Interviews with community and civic leaders round out local event coverage. Watch Newsmakers to find out what’s going on around Arlington.
Public Service Announcements - Short videos intended to inform, engage and/or raise public awareness on issues concerning the Arlington Community.
Specials and Lectures – These are programs that feature lectures from the Arlington Libraries and Artisphere, musical performances and other compelling events from all around the county.
Up Close- A monthly series that will take an in-depth look at news stories in Arlington County. They will be largely policy driven reflecting Arlington’s strategic goals. Local media events will feature as part of a larger story rather than as a story unto themselves
